What size tire are you running and how are the components you ordered holding up to them? I'm on 38s and wheel pretty hard, but also DD. Looking for a very similar set up (PSC box, pump, cooler) without the ram so I can maintain good steering feedback but still be able to turn aired down on the rocks.
Sry to disappoint…. I have 35” KM3’s. Which are really 34’s. I only got this box because from day 1 i’ve had a sloppy box. 6 warranty boxes later
I gave up on mopar factory boxes and tried a redhead box, and 3 AGR boxes (AGR is a horrible company/team fyi) and I finally found a steering box without any slop in it. Then I got the HP pump & cooler because I will have 40’s & tons some day in the future, I hope. I can only speculate that this setup will do great with 38’s.

Reviving this thread, I installed a PSC steering gear yesterday on my otherwise pretty much stock JT because I was fed up with the slop in the stock gear. My stock gear was adjusted too tight from the factory and was binding, and was still sloppy. I've had no luck with new replacement gears from Mopar for the HD Ram trucks I have owned so I wasn't going to waste my time and money trying that. Plus this slop is such a commonly reported problem it appears to be "normal" for the stock gear. I tried a Red Head once in the past and it, too, was sloppy. The only gear I have ever been happy with in the past was from PSC. The one I put on 2015 Ram five years ago has been excellent, with great responsiveness and no slop. The new one for my JT feels just as good. It doesn't come cheap, though.

I’m running 37s on 5.13 Yukon gears, overland + Clayton 3.5 with falcon shocks and my steering is wandering all over the road at 6 degrees. Does the direct replacement PSC steering box make a night & day difference ?

Synergy sector brace installed along with the PSC steering box without the cylinder assist and the improvement was definitely night and day. I appreciate it, I can finally drive four hours without fighting the wandering issue.
