Good to see some are getting their gladiators finally. Still waiting for any sign of progress here. Beyond frustrated. Ordered 5/6... D status 5/14... Nothing since. They said they escalated my order like a month ago... Haven't heard from anyone since except when I go on Jeep Chat. They keep acting surprised i am on Jeep chat if my order is escalated. They keep telling me it should be in D up to 30 days, yet it's been like 70ish... I lost track. Love Jeep's, gonna love my gladiator, but very disappointed with the customer service they've been providing myself and many others. It would be nice to get at least some kind of update or at least a reason why it's taking so damn long. We're paying them a lot of our hard earned cash.

I agree man. There are a lot of people in the dark and nobody has answers. It’s very frustrating. I checked with Jeep chat this morning and my truck was still in KZ status with no ETA and the truck just magically appeared at the dealership today. I’m one of the luckier ones on here considering I ordered 5/24 and today is 7/26. It’s makes the whole experience a big turn off

Yes, I need this. Still stuck in "D" according to FCA chat. I hope i'm not the one (1) to set the all time high day, but it is starting to feel like that's my fate LOL

Only sunshine I had was dealer said one of her other MT Rubi orders went D1 yesterday. That's close like horseshoes and hand grenades.

That's brutal. Awesome that it's there and you got to put your grubby little hands on it, but brutal not driving it away.

Still... has to feel good to know the fun starts in the morning!

Only sunshine I had was dealer said one of her other MT Rubi orders went D1 yesterday. That's close like horseshoes and hand grenades.
Just seems so odd the “standard” transmission (the one it comes with by default) would be the reason for the hold up. Doesn’t make any sense.

I agree man. There are a lot of people in the dark and nobody has answers. It’s very frustrating. I checked with Jeep chat this morning and my truck was still in KZ status with no ETA and the truck just magically appeared at the dealership today. I’m one of the luckier ones on here considering I ordered 5/24 and today is 7/26. It’s makes the whole experience a big turn off
Yeah, it would be different if everything was clear, understandable and open. But when in general the process seems nearly random and no one gives you a straight answer, it's a big buzzkill.

I'm just glad it's over for you and you can start enjoying!

i will provide you guys with updates on the ride tomorrow.. im really hoping some positive news comes soon. some of these wait times are out of control
