** TIRE SHINE ** Detailing **

HEY GUYS! anyone out there that likes the tires to shine/gloss like me? what products do you use? Currently i went to AutoZone and got Meguiar's Foam Shine and its horrible. shines on amazing but once dried 30 min later its a dull look.

what is out there that gets the job done?

I am at work now but I have some stuff at home that you buy at O’Rileys I think it’s called all in one look on YouTube at tire shine stuff it might show it and it comes in a blue can great shine and it want sling off I will look at the can when I get home tonight and post the name

Spray it on and let it sit overnight if possible. Wiping it off will reduce the shine and length of time it stays glossy. The absolute biggest thing you want to do is to use a good wheel cleaner to clean the tires before adding gloss - yes, wheel cleaners are fine for tires - (Chemical Guys makes a great, safe product). Use a tire brush to scrub the crap out of your tires. Repeat until the suds are not dirty.

They say you don't have to wipe it off, but I always do a bit later to avoid cast off.

Try Adam's VRT if you like a matte finish or Adam's tire armor if you want to control how much shine, you add more coats and it gets glossier.

I don’t like tire shine. Especially on Jeeps. I do however like my Jeep exceptionally clean. I use whatever tire foam is on sale, spray it on , let it dry, and then rinse it off get rid of that “wet” look. I find it leaves the tires looking good without all that bling

I actually snagged 12 bottles off Amazon for $2 bottle. I was ordering a bottle and it had an option to add more bottles at $2 each. I actually think it was a mistake but I got them!
