Here are some pics when I stopped to set the tire pressure correctly. They were way overinflated and darn near dangerous at highway speeds. And yes I carried a tire gauge with me from GA. I am the Tire Guy.

why do I torture myself every night!!!
D1 status for the same colors and I don't know if i'm gonna make it...
These pictures look amazing!!
seriously though i'm so confused on what this color will look like.
first looking online i expected a lighter gray. Then seeing a JL in person at dealer it looked darker, wife didn't care for it and I definitely liked the "lighter" look better. It is the same color as the JL right??? I thought when in bright sunshine that's when it would look light gray, but it was pretty sunny at that dealer and had the darker look. what gives?

It’s certainly the same! I snapped these pics of one I saw a couple weeks back or so. Depending on how it caught shadows, you can see the different hue.

How many of you sting owners had the bed liner forced on you order. And if it was forced did you have to pay for it?

I ordered mine 8/28 without the bed liner and I have not been given any indication that I am to have it. At this point, I've signed the as-built document for what I am to be provided and what I am paying for.

I will say that I specifically do not want the bed liner because I want the lifetime warranty that comes with Line-X for the same price. It will be getting the bed liner regardless. Whether that comes in the form of a free one that Jeep wants to supply me unknowingly or me paying for Line-X after the fact is up to Jeep.

The only reason i ask is bc the build tool automatically adds it for sting gray and i dont want it not only that they charge you for it

Was the JL Sting or was it that Anvil colour. They were similar in the online pics. Extremely different in person.
I saw the Sting on a Wrangler it was perfect for me.

There was never an Anvil on the JL, only Sting. There was a color called Rhino that was a similar mix of Sting and a darker hue though. It was more of a darker blue sort of.

Yes, it was forced on my order and yes I had to pay for it. I was going to get a spray in liner anyway so I didn't mind getting it from the factory. I know a lot of people say they want the after market liner because you only get a 3/36 warranty with the factory liner, but I haven't heard of anyone with a factory liner having issues with it failing. I had a RAM truck that had the factory liner and didn't have any issues with it either. I don't know...I feel like the factory liner is fine. :)

Agree with you. Factory spray in liner is fine.

Took delivery yesterday. Regarding the dealerships with big discounts under invoice, I highly recommend this place. Everything went smooth as can be. Big shoutout and thank you to Julian Hampton at Criswell in Gaithersburg, MD. I've never purchased anything new, and he made the experience a pleasure. 5% off plus affiliate added if you have any of that. I got many quotes from other locations CLAIMING 5%, but all said and done the numbers weren't actually reaching 5% as claimed....so be careful out there everyone. Do your homework and bring your calculators to review. Criswell in gaithersburg does it right!

Good luck everyone waiting for a truck, I'll be moving over to the other sting gray owners thread for future pics and updates!

The time has come....it’s here!
Picked up from D’Ambrosio Jeep in Downingtown this morn’. Smooth transaction with Jason. Great fella.
Can’t wait to throw on my Rubi coils & Fox.
Also have the Rubicon rims/Falkens to to bolt on too. Totally stoked fellas. Enjoy the rigs. Looks to be a nice weekend up in PA.
Gonna learn to take the tops off.
