Deep in the Settings menu, there's an option to turn the Trail Cam on when you press the Off-Road+ button. This is helpful, as it effectively gives you an analog button to turn on the camera, rather than needing to do it through the Apps screen.

Sadly, you can only turn on Off-Road+ when you're in 4WD, so this little hack doesn't work in ordinary driving.

Here's a great tip for getting to the front camera quickly. Any app can be dragged to the menu at the bottom of the home screen per this picture.

My salesman did that to show me how to do it using the front camera as an example and I left it. One stab of the button for either close parking lot situations or on the trail and the camera is up quickly. I don't remember what icon he replaced, but having the front camera on "speed dial" is great.

I usually drag the item I want over the settings tab as it is in the apps tab...all of them are in the apps tab actually

BTW they put it over the controls tab
