Steel bumper hoop with fog lights recommendation?

I really like the front end set up they put on the Wayout Safari Gladiator. Any one know where to buy a medium height steel hoop that bolts to factory steel bumper and What and where to by the two front fog lights they used. Thanks in advance.

The lights are IPF Xtreme Sport Series driving lights. Looks like they made custom rock guards for them specifically for the Wayout.
