Delay ordering for GATOR??????

@hawkijon @Mr_baker4420 @bloran @jeepncrowd , anyone hear anything from their dealer yet? Mine assumed next weekend but I was hoping maybe this one.

Nothing as of yet...ive kinda pulled back the reins since the dealership called me on monday about it being in rail transit and ramp date of 11/4...i dont think Jeep chat gets information other than KZ once its left for final destination. I believe it becomes the dealers logistics after that.

Update: Received my VIN today and I'm in D1 with an estimated ship date of 11/7. Ordered on 10/23.

Took about a week to get a VIN which aligns what others on the forum have said. I'm not holding my breath for that estimated ship date; seems like there are lots of chances to get hung up in the process.

Here are the details on my options for the record:

• Gator green Rubicon
• Black hard top and fenders
• Black cloth interior
• Bed liner
• Entertainment package w/ 8.4" screen
• Tow package
• Cold weather package
• LED lighting package
• Diver assistance packages
• Trail rail cargo group
• Proximity keyless entry
• Hardtop headliner

How did you already get a delivery day when yours has not even hit the production line??

Correction: it's a ship date, not delivery date. All the info I have came from a PDF the dealer emailed me called a "priced order confirmation" sheet. My VIN isn't returning a build sheet or window sticker using the Chrysler URLs I've seen on the forum.

I was under the impression ship date or delivery estimates are not generated until it hits KZ status. Alot can happen from D1 to KZ.

I suppose we will see... that revised dealer ETA 10/31-11/13 is quite the span to fall into...im hoping for end of next week, but im thinking middle of the month if its 500 miles per week. Still pretty cool to see the movement. maybe @Mr_baker4420 @bloran @jeepncrowd are on the same shipment.

Well ...Halloween has become Christmas this morning.

Meet Matilda. Automatic, Gator Sport S with added 2" lift, Mickey Thompson 35s, side steps, bed liner, tow package, hard top. Ordered on 9/25, took delivery of it this morning in Coatesville, PA. I think it's appropriate that I received this thing on Halloween, as it looks like the vehicular version of Frankenstein in this Gator color.

Guys, I know the color has been a polarizing issue, but it's an AWESOME color. Definitely looks "greener" in person. But even if it's not military-drab enough for ya, it's still an awesome color that frickin' turns heads!. What a beautiful piece of machinery this thing is. So pleased.

I will be adding a Truck Covers, USA roll top View attachment 41955 tonneau in about two weeks when it arrives, and I will post photos of Matilda when that's installed. Until then, your babies are worth the wait; enjoy the photos in the mean time.
