Two options for rear:
  1. Glass door (no slide) (Std)
  2. Solid door (no glass) ($$)
Three options for sides:
  1. Glass door (no slide) (Std)
  2. Glass door with slide ($$)
  3. Solid door (no glass ($$)
All three sides will always have some sort of door that can be opened via the top hinge.
Actually, the solid side doors are standard and windows or sliders are optional. I think the front slider is standard so you can access from the back seat of the truck (kinda).

here is a link so you can see the options: https://www.rlddesignusa.com/p/jeep_gladiator/2020-jeep-gladiator-truck-cap-canopy/

Thanks! Couldn't make out if the glass was fixed or hinged as standard.

I think its generating a lot of buzz because there are zero other options designed specifically for the Gladiator bed. People want something vertical, and RSI canopies/caps are extremely well rated and reviewed. The strength factor is there, and will take a heavy load. External hinges also match the look of our externally hinged jeep doors. It's a really exciting product at a very fair price!

That being said, I'm definitely waiting to see the final product and a solid review before I slap down my credit card. I will most likely wait a year to see what other manufacturers come up with, because i don't NEED a canopy yet. Some folks do though! There were dozens of bed rack system designs art SEMA this year, but none of them offer a dust and weather proof storage solution like these do.
Some gibberish . . . I'm re-considering one of these aluminum or S.S. models, but not this one . I'm liking the RSI SmartCap, also from S. Africa . They do Full Sized pickups too . Just a matter of time for the RAM 1500 !?

I ordered mine in July. Ship was supposed to be late August. Then late September. Then Mid to late November. I ordered it primarily because I needed it in October for hunting season. Oh well.

Looks like a great Christmas present and just in time for my next suffer fest. Headed out for a 2 week Utah elk hunt after Christmas. It’s going to suck (except for the Moab part). But at least I can keep my gear dry and secure while I freeze my @$$ off...
LOL. I am the US distributor for Stealth Kayaks, a South African composite fishing kayak brand. In S.A. speak, "late August" usually means "early January."

Super excited, Joost from Rhino Adventure Gear emailed today and told me my canopy will be there next week.
Awesome. When did you order? Must be same shipment as the unallocated black-on-black he said is on the way as well.

Yep I believe from memory it was either late september or early october. Do you know if that black on black has been taken yet? I'm now reconsidering having the sliding windows vs a door that can be opened.

When I spoke to him last week, it was still unallocated. I would have taken it but I want the black frame w/ white doors to go with the white JT.

BTW, maybe I am mistaken, but I thought the sliding windows are framed within the door. Meaning you can still open the door normally (flip up), but can also slide the windows, although with a much smaller opening. Is this not the case?

Was this picture taken in South Africa? Did you get an estimate do arrival time? I have on on order as well.
I just got my tracking number from Adventure Ready. Mine should be here on Wednesday. Time to remove my Leitner Designs rack in preparation.

BTW, Adventure Ready told me the current Load Bars they have in stock do not fit the Gladiator. Something about the mounting points being different. RLD Designs will be shipping the load bars via air to Adventure Ready and they will be ship out once they get them.

Merry Xmas to us!!

What are you going to do with the Leitner Designs rack?
Cheers

Good for you! Sucks for the rest of us. Guess I was bad this year. Take lots of pictures so we can dream about our own caps. Rhino said mine was on a ship in a container, not due until beginning January. So much for mid November.

Merry Christmas to all!!

My understanding is Adventure Ready is the US distributor and Rhino gets their stock from them. Yours may have been in the same container as mine but have to go to Rhino before it gets to you, Hopefully!!! I'm trying to get the Ghost Awning through Rhino and was told the awnings were in the same container as the truck caps.
