Sold: Alabama JT parts sale

Well, due to a last second decision to take my dealership up on an offer of $16,100 off sticker on a Ram EcoDiesel (which I didn't really plan on, it just happened), I now have the following items for sale:

- Bestop Sunrider for Hardtop. Twill version. Excellent condition. $400 *SOLD*

- Quadratec QRC full width winch bumper WITH Badland ZXR 12000 winch and winch cover. Only used once. Loaded with 100' of synthetic line. $400 *SOLD*

- Mopar full length step rails. These are the metal ones, not plastic. I think I paid $550 for them last year. Asking $250.

- Supernova V.4 amber fog light bulbs. DRASTIC difference from stock halogen fog bulbs. $40.

- Max Tow factory wheels wrapped in BFG KO2 tires, 285/70-17, set of 4. 5,000 miles on tires. Asking $750 for set. TPMS sensors are installed in them.

Not willing to ship due to sizes of items, but will drive a little to meet.

I did. It was a little sad. But I needed to move on. Going to save $90/month on fuel and insurance now.

Would you reconsider shipping the sun rider? Should be able to take it to UPS store and they will box it up. Maybe $100 for packaging and shipping. I’m interested if you decide to pursue that. Shipping would be to 30025.

I will look in the barn and see if I still have the large Bestop box it came in. It was a pretty big box. I don't think I have it anymore, but I'll check.


To everybody else, thanks for the kind words. I admit the JT is a very special vehicle and I love it. I have been the biggest proponent of the JT since day 1, even in the world of the Web where everybody else craps on it. I will miss it. But, at the last minute I was presented with the chance to move up to a loaded Ram for virtually the same payment, my insurance is decreasing $550/year, and my fuel costs should decrease $50/month, plus my family of 5 can now stretch out and get comfy inside. I will still do some videos on the EcoDiesel, and since the JL an JT will share this drivetrain maybe some of them will be interesting to the Gladiator crowd as well.

To anyone interested in the JT parts I have listed above, I'm in the Lexington, KY vicinity and I'm willing to meet within a 75 mile radius as long as I can get there via interstate or major highway. These are good parts that I have taken care of. They aren't beaten up or abused.

I will have to consider the steps. Have the other ones and keep rails in the garage for when outing, these could be durable enough for off-roading so I dont have to swap.
