Im reading that MN no longer allows delivery/sale of gasoline that is less than 20% ethanol. If true, how does this jive with the Jeeps? Don't they have a 15% EtOH max?

The turn signals from my Sport S technically did not fit on the Rubicon takeoffs fender flares I put on. They have a slightly different mounting. But, they work with some modification. I had a body shop install the flares due to time restraints, so I do not know exactly how they made it work...
I second that. Pics would be helpful if the mechanic bothered to take some. If someone said to me "engine is full of sludge", I would want to see it.
Silver lining: enough people do Hemi swaps that I find engine/axle combos for $4-6k on FB marketplace regularly.
Those fender flare liners are expensive due to shipping. I have a spare Sport liner but it likely will not work on your Mojave. Insurance may pay for it as a cheaper alternative to ordering new on your own?
While going straight. It will continue for a few seconds even after going out of 4H back into 2H. Have not tried while in 4L.

Almost the same height. From pavement to rain channel on both, my JT was only 1/2" higher (69"). From pavement to frame, my JT was only 1/2" higher (13"). This doesn't make any sense. Except, if his tires are at factory 36 psi and mine are at 30psi, that could account for the 2" difference in...
