Not great pictures, but I got the front door on last month then ran out of time that day. After that all the mirror issues were mentioned and I haven't gone any farther with the install. These 2 pics are the fabric door with and without the upper.

Like the look of it, other than the mirror issues how do you feel about them? From the looks it looks like they really need A-pillar mirrors.

A-pillar mirrors would be great. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, I bought the Bestop mirrors but haven't installed them yet due to the issue someone else had with the upper door panel (window) sealing across the top of the mirror. I will use them on trails when I don't want to get scratches on my doors. The bonus is they will also fit our JLU Rubicon and serve the same purpose.

We used those on my son’s JK and found they still were not a weathertight seal, nor did they have the uppers. We get some smaller branches that scratch the painted surfaces, this the reason I chose the fabric over paint.

Choosing the fabric for that reason makes sense. I would be concerned with the fabric getting ripped or punctured. Scratches I can deal with. I have a friend who is a parachute rigger and fabricator. I may have him try to fabricate some upper half doors for the JCR’s if I feel the need. Other than the scratches and them not being weather tight what was your overall opinion of them?

Can you give us a report on how they perform? I don’t care so much about noise but I do want to stay dry. Do they leak while parked or driving in the rain?

Can the uppers be purchased separately? I don't remember seeing that option on their site. I would prefer to just have the tops and make them work with another manufacturer tube door.

Just received mine today. Ended up going with the Bestop instead of the JCR off more careful consideration.
I will get them installed tomorrow with my Lange original MJL-800 mirrors and post pics.

That’s crazy. I guess I got lucky. I have one in town as well (Ohio) and they shipped from Colorado. Did you do ship to store or home?
