Did your stock fog lights go on easy?
See my post, after editing. It was nowhere near hard, just time-consuming. But worth the effort in the end.

i just installed the rugged ridge arcus stubby bumper and a smitty 10k xo20 it will accept your stock fog lights, the winch sits nice and low in the bumper. the body of the bumper is stamped steel. it was on average about 12 lbs lighter than other stubby bumpers. the winch tray is beefy and easy to set up. the whole install maybe took 2 hrs. they also make a skid plate that works with this bumper if you want that

ill attach photos soon

I also prefer the lower mount. This one on the factory bumper.

Where is this from? Fabricated? I'd be interested in the build- I like the factory bumper and love this setup. Any info on the picture and build would be greatly appreciated.

Why do you need a winch on a mall crawler? Will you use it off road? I am really happy with my LOD mid width front bumper and Quadratec stealth winch.

Makes it a completely different truck. I loved driving it with the 3.6, but I live to drive it with the 6.4. My wife can’t believe how willing I am to run errands now!

I can imagine! Who did you get your kit from? Did you install it yourself, or did you have someone else instal it?

Every build I’ve ever completed in the past I did myself including paint and body work. This time I farmed it out to Jesse at Rubitrux in Boone, NC. They were fantastic! I’ll post the invoice below, but it is not for the squimish!

I sold my 1987 LR Defender that I built including adding an LS engine and my 1964 modified Corvette to fund this build. At 63, with a lifetime of the grind behind me, I treated myself and it took them a week to complete. They even came down to Atlanta and picked it up. I then flew up to Charlotte to drive it home. That was a blast!

It looks like they used the stock steel Rubi bumper with the Maximus winch plate, no additional mods (on the bumper/Winch-light bar and bully bar). That came out beautiful- This is a definite- if i had the money build. Congratulations.

DAMN! Do they accept kidneys? Testicles? Souls? Your first born? :whew::whew::whew:

So basically, about $37K will get it done, since the rest of that is accessories, like lift, tires, wheels, winch, bumper, LED's, etc...
