I did it cause the chicks dig it...

only kinda kidding. I, of course, did it for crawling clearance and bc a sport looks awkward without one IMO. Went with Mopar because I didn't want to void warranty and I could have it done by the dealership right when I drove off the lot. I debated a few others, but I have to say I'm super impressed thus far. Drives better than the Rubicons I test drove. Zero regrets. Maybe I'll go even bigger in the future, who knows.

No lift but I added 35 inch tires. I didn't lift it because it is hard enough as it is to get in it. I don't know how you shorter guys are getting in it with a lift and 37s. I am 5`9".

Everyone has their own opinion on what looks right. To me 20 inch wheels look silly on a jeep, but thats just my opinion. Its your jeep , do what you want.

Keeping my stock because I’ll be doing a lot towing with it. I will eventually get a motor home to tow it. Then I’ll want to mod the crap out of it. But for now, I don’t want to mess with my tow capacity.

Unlifted Rubicon, and no plans to lift. I MIGHT go to 35"s when the time comes to replace tires, we'll see. My JT is a daily driver with overlanding in mind, not rock crawling. In the 6 months I've owned it I've yet to have any real clearance issues. And I wheel almost every weekend as I have Anza Borrego, Joshua Tree/Mojave Desert, and Big Bear mountain all within an hour of me.

I've been Jeeping for 46 years now, and I have spent several decades driving lifted and highly modified Jeeps. I gradually came around to thinking that less mods left you with a better Jeep that was more reliable and better driving. But it still needs to have enough clearance to perform well off road. Along came the Mojave, with its factory lift. I bought one, and added 35" tires on the stock wheels and stock suspension, and it works perfectly for me. All I still need to do is install the Warn winch that showed up yesterday on UPS, into the Arcus front bumper that is arriving Monday, and install some JKS quick disconnects that I just ordered, and I'm done. No more mods needed.

Jeep has come a long long way in the last several decades. I remember when 30" tires rubbed on a stock YJ. And those cheap c-clip Dana 35 rear axles? Yikes.
Will you be able to keep the Mojave skid plate with that Arcus bumper?

I will find out on Monday. Worst case scenario I might have to trim a half inch off the front edge of the skid plate to get it to slip up in behind the Arcus bumper.

No lift here. Got my Gladiator so I could have a convertible and still tow my sailboats. The most offroading I'm doing is running sand on the beach. If a mod doesn't help the tow or make becoming a convertible easier, I don't have a need.

Because I wheel it. Side benefit is it looks awesome because of it. I don’t have to be too aggressive with it because I have another Jeep for that.

I've only been down to Big Bear once, a year ago, and loved that place. I bet the overlanding down there is amazing.

Because mine is a lease and I’m not dropping over 2k on a lift. If I decide to buy it out, I throw the Mopar 2” lift on.
