I recently had some 315/70r17’s mounted on some new wheels. My JT looked much better than stock, no rubbing, but still had some rake in the front that I wasn’t happy with. So I ordered a 2” Tuff County leveling kit with shock relocation brackets and had it installed and an alignment done. I am so happy with how it turned out. Drives great and it looks much better.

I definitely recommend a leveling kit if anyone is on the fence about it.

Here is a before picture-

She looks awesome in the after shot. I’m glad to see that. I take delivery late October and plan to do a similar set up 33’s and no lift on 17” rims. Just haven’t found the right rims yet. Enjoy

@PNWGladiator Very nice wheel/tire/lift setup and something I'm interested in running myself. Would you mind giving me a clearance measurement from the ground to your rear lower control arm frame mount? TIA!

EDIT: If you're willing to do that and already have your tape with you, how about the height from the front door bottom seam to the ground? :)

Thanks! I’m enjoying the set up quite a bit.

Here are the measurements as requested:

Thanks! Now for my wife to get home with the truck to get stock measurements.
I didn’t measure the stock height before any mods. Would you mind sharing the stock measurements? I’m just curious how it compares.

Stock Gladiator Sport
Door Height I think there's some discrepancy in how we measured here. I think with the door shut and to measure the seam between the body and the bottom of the door would be better to compare. YOu should have more than 2 inches difference here if you're lifted/leveled plus the 1.5 inch sidewall difference.

Rear Lower Control Arm Mount - Your extra 1.5 inches would be from the sidewall of the bigger tires

I put rubicon takeoffs on my overland. It added about 1 inch in front. I get flashed now when I tow my boat. I'm going to adjust mine soon.
