Like a job? What's that?
I'll definitely watch as much as possible. I don't follow any particular teams usually. I know a few guys who used to run, but all of them have sold their rigs in the last couple years. One of these years I want to make the trip to see it in person. I love watching the stock class rigs in EMC. Seeing 30 year old Toyotas on leaves and DOT 35s running the same stuff that the big boys will be doing 24 hours later on coilovers and 40s is awesome.

King of Hammers is the off road event. I put it up there in the pantheon of racing events with the likes of Daytona week, Le Mans, Baja, and the Enduropale du Touquet. Its more than just a race, it’s burning man for off road enthusiasts like us. Just think, 60k out in the desert to watch a weeks worth of races and party in the middle of winter.
After 5 plus years of watching it, I decided that this year I going to experience it. I am taking the kids, gladiator, the atvs and the toy hauler for 5 days of King of Hammers fun. All for under 180 bucks of tickets. I can’t wait.

I have only seen the old clips on youtube, never live. What's the best way to watch it? I have never done any PPV myself.

It's all free to watch, or at least it has been in years past. I assume this year is the same. Head to the link in the first post and stream it for free on Livestream all week. It's the coolest motorsports event in the world.

The mechanic I used for a bit is the co-driver of truck 4468, finished like 5th or 6th in 2020 KOTH I think.

Anyone else getting a very choppy stream? It keeps cutting back to the race logo then cutting back in. I have gigabit internet and even hardwiring doesn’t affect anything

Seems ok for me. It's a little choppy periodically for a couple seconds but nothing crazy.

Whats up fellas. Just letting you all know we have our desert estate up for rent next year for the 2022 KOH event. Sleeps 6, detached three car garage for your rigs, Jacuzzi, Bar, Surround sound, high speed WIFI, etc etc. Affordable and better than towing a trailer!
