Coming from a JKU and trying to do my first build out. I've done a lot of reading here and the 3 best dealers for no BS below invoice seem to be.

Gupton Motors in TN at 8%
Tri City Jeep in NC at 8%
Motor Inn of Spirit Lake in Iowa at 6%
(correct if I'm wrong)

Im in south Florida and the dealers here don't want to compete with the above.

I think I will send an email to these 3 to see other fees associated and have it shipped to Fl.

Are there Military or costco member discounts as well? I do have tread Lightly.

Any advice for my email or advice for me in general?
What is the typical fee/deposit to get the build started?
Btw: This site has been great and a HUGE help. Thanks.

Net Price on Build was $58,355

Heres my build sheet: Attached

I would do NC and make the ride if that is best you can find. I got 5% about hour from me, wasnt worth the 3% more I could get elsewhere to make a 10 hour drive each way

Unless Tri City changed in the last few weeks, Travis is at 5% with up to 2% for tread lightly and dealer finance. I believe the dealer fee is $499, and required a $1000 non-refundable deposit. Easy choice for me being only a couple hours away, and all done via email.

Good catch lol. I have family/residency up north and I’ll be using the Jeep in British Columbia and in Upstate NY kinda often.

I’ll do my own bed liner and getting red Katskinz leather for the cloth seats.

Yes, you missed one that is actually closer to you than any of the others:

Mike Clinnin
Mall of Georgia CDJR
(770) 713-5364
[email protected]

He will start at 5% off of invoice, and then you can get an additional 1% off with an FCA affiliate control number and another 1% off if you finance through the dealership, so a total of 7% off of invoice. I just recently purchased a Mojave and he was amazing to work with.

Email Advice:

Between here and the FB Gladiator pages I think I have found the best dealers for pricing. I will have to email and find out doc/dealer fees etc and then basically put my deposit and get my build started.

Any advice on first contact emails or just shot my shot and go. Or does anyone want to share how they reached out?

Thanks

Daniel Gupton has been a total joy to work with. Complete opposite of what I think of when I hear "car dealer." $1k deposit, and for shipping you have to arrange your own. I'd suggest calling him to see what you think. He's helped me add a couple optiins after the order was submitted, and has been flexible on everything I've asked. Just outstanding service and a good dude.

Thanks for the info. I’ve read a lot of great reviews from there. I’ll send them the same email and see how they are
