Can ya pros please go over this lease breakdown and see if I'm in fact getting this lease based on the $49k discounted price? Rubicon diesel with leather seats and tow package.

$3k down, 3 years lease @ 15k miles (sales couldn't see 10k in their system as I work remote and 10k is still a stretch).
$750/month payment not inc taxes.

Should I haggle more as it sounds like they are desperate to make this sale but still admitted $49k is already a rock bottom price but both of us were getting tired and wanted to go home..lol. ......

Cheers and TIA!

Agree, and with a lot of lacking options. 49k may be their bottom price but if you read around people are getting better deals then that right now. Thing is leases right now aren't much cheaper then loans so that per month is also to be expected but they can do way better then that.

Bad deal. After lease, if you decide to keep it the total cost would be almost $67k. If you return it, your out $32k after 3yrs.
Try to negotiate a lower money factor or higher residual or both. Good luck

Depends who you ask
Yeah money factor is pretty high it seems. Since used car values are coming down leasing will be expensive unless you can write it off for business.

Those numbers are about right.

Using their numbers I am getting $746 pre tax and $810 with tax (if your state taxes on the monthly)

What they aren't telling you is they are giving you 10.54% off MSRP and then taking the 15% off ($10,111.50) and using the rebate to pay for your other fees.

The better way to look at this lease is total cost without your $3k down which is an effective monthly cost of $904 a month.

Here's the numbers I used:
Leasehackr Calculator

There are a lot of implications and small numbers to change but with MF being high these days you need to really come to grips that you are still buying a $50k truck which is expensive no matter which way you slice it.

(I used 60 months at a 6.5% APR for the finance)

Also I just re-read this and I think you already pulled the trigger. If that's the case congrats on the truck! Don't fret over small amounts of money if you are happy with the deal. You definitely got a better deal than someone paying MSRP a year or more ago.
