Looking for advise if I should push this any further. I received an email to rate how my jeep service was. This is not usually something out of the ordinary but I NEVER TOOK MY GLADIATOR IN FOR SERVICE. After looking in my account, I was able to see that a dealer in another state entered a service record on my VIN and actually used my jeep wave oil change and tire rotation certificate for someone else's gladiator. When I called up Jeep wave support, they were amazing and added back the "stolen" oil change and tire rotation and called the dealership to let them know but now there are two service records on my account that have double the mileage that my rig has. Jeep wave service asked the dealer to try to delete the records but they are still there. Now when I will go in for my first oil change, the dealer won't be able to enter the correct mileage since it will likely be less than is currently entered.
Should I leave this as is or keep pushing it with the dealer that entered it incorrectly to find a way to delete the entries since jeep wave service can't help any further? What would you do?
