Airing down with 12.5 Tires on 9.5 wheels?

I’ll be running 35x12.5x17 on a set of 9.5 Black Rhinos. I’ve never had wheels this wide. I know there’s a greater chance of losing the bead. Any real world advice/experience with this set up on how low I can safely go without blowing the bead?

Not exactly the same situation but I have 37x12.5x17s on a set of 9" wide steelies. I ran around Moab trails recently at 13 to 14 psi without problems. I run Nitto TGs so very stiff sidewalls. That pressure got them down to a point where they formed well to rocks and of course made the ride smoother.

I'm in the same boat. I'll be running the same size tires but probably going metric. Lower load range. Don't want the weight of the E range tires. I'm thinking 18 psi. Also Black Rhino's.

I'm running Black Rhino's with Toyo RT's 37x12.50/17's and air down to 15psi when I go on the beach.
No problems at all

I'm pretty sure I can go lower, my buddy goes 12psi on 9.5" Methods with BFGs
