Wheel Selection

I have had my Gladiator for a year and I have been shopping around for new wheels. Just seeking some advice as to which type would be give Me the best look. I’m partial to Rubicon rims with the red Jeep logo but unsure if they woul look the best.

I initially wanted to go with OEM but decided to go with something different. I looked & searched around and decided on these Fittipaldi FTC16s. I’m very happy with the look and get the occasional compliment on them.

I personally think some of the OEM wheels look the best. I also like wagon wheels.

I went with black Warn Epic Diamond Cutters. I bet the yellow accents would look good with your graphics, but you can also replace the center caps with red accents.

They do look good. I had that style on my JK same color, problems started arising right before pandemic. Traded it in.

Seems like a black, tinted, or bronze wheel would go best with Gator. The yellow and orange accent colors throw me off a little bit.

I would go with 17x8.5 with +18 or higher offset. AEV makes some nice JT specific wheels

I second Quadratec Retro wheels. I have them on my Sahara.

They’d look great on your retro-themed Gladiator!

They come in black or white. White wheels come with chrome hubs; black wheels come with black hubs. But you can mix and match: Quadratec sells the hubs separately for $9 each.

I had the vintage center cap decals custom made.

Since you already have several colors going on your truck, I’d go with black wheels. If you want to add a little more retro character, you can add the chrome hubs.

I have a set of steel wheels just like this Sitting in storage waiting for a J20 project. Have a hard time selling tJeep parts especially for Comanches and the J series. I like the black retro rims.

BTW, these are alloys, not steelies. Each wheel weighs a mere 28 lbs.
