Looking for a modification post (AC routed to rear kids car seats)

A few weeks back while I was hunting around and reading everything I could, I stumbled upon a post.. 90% sure it was on this forum, where a member had basically attached what looked like flexpipe / vacuum cleaner pipe to the front driver and passenger AC vents and routed it back to the rear for direct child car seat vents.

Hoping someone else knows what I'm talking about and remembers seeing it somewhere. After driving around in this summer heat, the kids get a bit hot, even with the AC blasting as there are no real direct vents back there for them.

I don't remember seeing anything like that posted anywhere around here. My Overland has two AC vents on the back of the center console for the rear seat.

I have the 8 foot version of this installed. Think it works pretty well for my son in his rear facing car seat. Added some expanding foam weather seal around the bracket that attaches to the air vent. And keeping the adjacent vent closed seems to help maximize air flow if no one else is back there. East to detach hose and leave bracket on vent if I take the car seat out or just want to move the vent out of the way.
