I’m looking for a set of front coils to lift my Sport S (with Max Tow if that matters) 3”. I’m confused because it seems everyone advertises their coils differently. Rock Krawler advertises a 3 inch coil but when I contacted them they said it’s 3” on a Rubicon and would be more on my Sport. Clayton advertises 2.5 but I understand they are taller also? I have 2 inch spacers all the way around and want to remove th front spacers and add 3” coils to level.

You'll never get an answer you want unless you can find an identical build and have someone measure. The problem is that there is no standard to measure so there's no way to cross reference. The Rubicon is also the benchmark so any advertised lift will likely be taller on the Sports and Overland.

So I'd say where your truck stands on mods to account for weight and hopefully someone can give some feedback. Otherwise it's a lot of guess and check and even a top end lift may require a spacer here or there to get where you want to be.

Weight and all kind of factors go into engineering springs. I have never installed a set that give you exactly what is advertised height. For the most part you get anywhere from a 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch more lift than advertised and that accounts for settling and the added weight of bumpers, racks, light bars, winch, etc you may add.

Sport S max tow. Absolutely no plans to add a bunch of weight except maybe a bumper. No winch or racks or any of that stuff. I’d like to find a spring that will get me right at 3”, give or take 1/4

Our 2.5" springs would get you right around 3" in the rear, however, since we do remove some of the factory rake the front would probably give you about 3.25". Hope this helps!
