Good day,

My 2021 Gladiator is about due for its first scheduled service.

Does anyone have recommendations for a good Jeep Service Department in Southern California?

(Particularly one that won't overfill the oil at 6 quarts, over the service manual's recommended 5 quarts.)

Thank you for your time
(Please pardon me if this is the wrong forum category.)

I recommend seeing Tom at https://www.getdodge.com. Tom is the service manager there and has been for years. Have taken all my Mopars to him. Gladiator, 300, Viper(s), RAM and the Prowler and never a problem. Highly recommend.

Thank you, @SoCalGlad . They're a bit of a distance from me, but I'm willing to make the drive, if they're good. Much appreciated

I purchased my Mojave from Glenn E Thomas Dodge and will be trying them for my first oil change soon. I will post my experience with them after.

I can’t tell you a good one but I can tell you the worst ones. In no particular order; Ontario jeep, browning jeep, John elway Jeep. They are all absolute disasters. poor service at all of them. Garbage techs, little care about you or your ride. the worst part of owning a Jeep are the dealers. They’re like on a whole worse level compared to competing brands.

Huh... out this way, southern Maine and New Hampshire border, all seem good, some are great. I have purchased new from 4 jeep, Chrysler,Dodge dealers in my area.

About filling to 6 qts. That's doubtful... I know the service slip states that 6 qts used. All oil added is rounded up to next qt. So 5.1 qts will be wrote as 6 qts. They fill to full line on your dip stick. I know I put in 5 qts plus a smidge from 6th quart myself to get to full line on mine. I guess they could charge by the ounce, but I don't know of any shop that I have been does.
