Ha, I haven't bought myself a car since 2005. Honestly feels like I could not have picked a worse time, lol. It'll be worth it, though.

I'm starting to like the tan more. Why would black be more aesthetic? Is it just that the whole interior, including leather wrapped center console is black?

Since I Was going on about interiors I built both on a JL and grab screenshots if anybody cared or thinks about it in the future. I really like the black and red now.

Oo Oo - your pics present me the opportunity to talk again about the inconsistent application of red - tan seats change the dash color, but they should also change the locker switch bezel! Looks a little goofy to me every time.

im in no way artistic but to me red and black just seem more like they go with neonish colors than brown does

One more since I'm really having trouble with deciding. Black with red stitching and the suspected grey dash.

I think this may be the winner. Wife doesn't like the Christmas Tree look of the red dash but I really like the coordination of the red and black, especially when you include the decals and tow hooks on the outside. I wouldn't have a problem with the red dash either if it comes with it.
