Body cover for bolt area?

Hello,

I know I'm absolutely describing this the wrong way, however does anyone make a body cover for the top area where the bolts go for the Gladiator top? Sorry in advance for my ignorance, hopefully the image describes it better than I did! Thanks.

I’ve never seen one advertised but haven’t looked.
Tbh that would be pretty easy to do in plastic (or wood) if you got a couple long strips and cut with a jigsaw or something
