Broken driver rear most body mount bolt

Well, unfortunately I broked my driver rear body mount bolt while installing sliders. Got passenger side all done. I even used heat to melt the locktite and it still broke. Any tips on removing the old bolt from inside? Or just cut on the floor pan from inside?

How much torque did you apply to the bolt???

I had a torque wrench set to 85ft/lbs to losen the bolts on my other 2 gladiators, so I made sure not to apply more than 80 falls. I used a smooth constant motion. No heat, no broken bolts, just a lot of effort and a good workout… oh, and lots of scary noises.

min about to do this a third time on my latest gladiator. Now am making myself fearful that I might break a bolt.

is it the bolts that snap way under max torque, or people really putting so much force on these they snap ???

Did it break close enough to weld something onto it? If not you might have to lift the cab to get to it. The other way will be removed rear seat cut a hole in floor board and get to the flange nut.

Front passenger side did same. Took it to shop to remove. Cut a hole in floor pan to remove

Problem is it's like a 12in bolt once loose it has a lot of movement in it. Once the bolt starts flexing in the center it won't have full torque value anymore. Add some heat to the mix and it will be far less.
