The only issue I’m having right now is the rattling on the table due to the latch mechanism. I’m only using one latch as the other one cannot fit due to tight tolerances (1/2” gap).

I used loctite on the latch mechanism as recommended by GoRhino, but every use, it slowly unscrews the bolt. The plastic washer provided has been destroyed as it’s not Up to the task of repeated use. A free spinning washer may help, but I can’t find any.

New here but appreciated the input while installing the Rhino. PITA to get together and on but I'm happy with the look for now. More to add.

Update: the welds on the main cross bars have broken. The rear bar fell off completely. Used ratchet straps to hold it together as a sketchy trail fix to get back to Moab

I will not be recommending this rack to anyone. Cool in concept but cheaply made and can't handle trails good enough for your average prius

That looks to be the best rack I’ve seen so far. Good price too. Same boat here, I want it all so I haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Keep going back and forth between a rack and a cap. But this might be the one ?
It be cooler if the sides gull wing

What do you have on it? I have plans of an 180lbs rtt so this is highly concerning.

Previous generation CVT Saint Helen's with electric lifts, probably weighs about that (current spec says 153 lbs with gas struts), was mounted to gorhino's tent mount bushing brackets, plus two rotopax diesel cans, a 5 lb Manchester propane tank, a shovel and an axe. Oh and the small ARB awning attached to the back of the tent.

This was taken morning of the breakage

Sounds like you're approaching the 300lb dynamic weight limit. Which is what I had planned as well (not the orignial plan, that's why I was ok with the limitations). That 300lb dynamic and 600lb static isn't very much when you add an rtt and people. I hope this is not the norm but your's was just a fluke. But you are right, I can't recommend this rack at all if you're pllanning to use an rtt.

On that note, is anyone else running an rtt with this rack?

Just installed mine. Honestly, I'm pretty concerned with the amount of plastic on this thing and it's longevity on the trails. I'm. Not an engineer so I may not understand it but it just isn't confidence inspiring at this point. Anxious to put it through the paces though.

Couldn't find much on this online, but it checks ALL my boxes. Maximum versatility, low cost, lots of accessories. The table is what really sold me. Anyone else have one on order?

Go Rhino Overland XRS Rack

On the personal note - I've had my gladiator for a little over a year, and I've gone through phases of wanting different options of bed coverings/racks. Anyone else face the challenge of wanting "everything" for their Jeep? I ended up coming full circle and ordering this full size rack.
My Go Rhino XRS just arrived and I plan on installing this weekend. Like you this one checked all of the boxes. My only concern is finding a retractable bed cover that will work with the XRS.

I just got this rack installed and love the concept. I’m curious to see how it holds up. I’m running a RTT, so we’ll see how that works. Did anyone have any issues getting the cross bars to not slide down on the anchor plates? A couple of the bars keep sliding down.

Just talked with Gorhino and evidently I got the old crossbars that are to short. They are shipping out new ones tomorrow. Glad I didn’t do any crazy off-roading w the RTT attached!

That’s good they are taking care of you. I haven’t posted in a while. Life got super busy. I finally got the rack installed. It was a giant pain.. but, it’s sturdy. It’s been on for about a month now. Took a 1200 mile trip changed climate quite a bit and all is still fine. I do wish there was a tonneau cover option I could add.

The table install has been ridiculous. I had to tap one of the brackets because the threading was absolutely destroyed in there. That same caused me to lose a bolt so I had to recut it to make it work.

OnceI get back from this trip, I think I’ll finish the table install and Post some pics.

Update!

The sent the "new" crossbars, and they are the exact same as the ones that didn't work. After consulting with their engineers, they said they think I tightened up the bolts for the crossbars to much. They did send out all new crossbars, so I've taken it all the way apart and will put it together again in the next few days. This thing is a giant pain to put together. I love the design, but they could have simplified it and made it much better, and a lot easier to put together.

And the final update on this one. The new crossbars they sent were the exact same as the first ones I’d received. I put the whole thing together again, but the way the main bars of this rack connect, make no sense. After reassembling for about the 4th time, and still having issues, I returned it. Really cool looking rack and I really wanted to like it, but i had serious doubts about its durability, especially with a RTT attached.
