two cheap mods to JT 22’ & a few regrets on order

Two cheap mods on first couple days of owning JT.
Dee Zee bed mat: fits perfect cost 127$Quadratec shipped next day.

stubby antenna:Amazon :$20.
I would recommend both.

I did not order the tow package and now regret it because truck did not come with a tow hitch. So FYI if u do not add tow package no hitch, bummer.
I did get a larger touch screen which according to my salesman comes auto with Rubicon 22’, win!

Adding the hitch is not that hard but if you need the electrical as well that’s a little more.

When I had my JL I did the hitch myself as all I wanted it for was for a bicycle rack so I never needed to do the wiring but on the gladiator mine came with so didn’t have to do it but it’s the same as the JL it’s not that hard

Pretty sure both the 4 and 7 wire plugs are there in the bumper standard. The oem hitch is kind of a hassle as it is the entire rear frame crossmember that needs to be replaced.

I did the same 2 mods on my '20 Gladiator. Also added the Dee Zee tailgate pad. A little more pricy but well worth the protection.
