Baja Designs LP9 sport. I dummy wired my lights with the harness to the battery to test them, they worked. Then when I wired the positive cable to AUX 3, the ground is on the side posts and to my knowledge that’s all I needed to wire. But it’s not working. Is there something I’m missing. I checked AUX fuse #3 it was fine. I’m sure it’s something simple. But I don’t know. I didn’t wanna pay the dealership to figure out something simple before asking for help somewhere.

Make sure the Polarity is correct (positive and negative not reversed), the connections are good, and the light draw is not more than the AUX circuit is rated for. Check the Uconnect settings for the AUX switch and make sure it is not set for momentary on, or to only work when the engine is running.

So when I switched from the battery to the aux. all I did was disconnect them. Then put the positive to the aux wire. The ground to the post. And my settings are on latched I think it’s called. I believe they draw 7 watts each so I used the 15 wire. Tried them when the engine was running and not also. But still no luck. The only thing I haven’t tried at this point is using the 40 wire.

Double check the settings in U connect, if you don't put the settings right the lights may not turn on. The settings I believe are defaulted to they work when you are pressing the button, I believe that one is called momentary, you want latching where you press the button and they stay on until you press the button again.

Check the ratings, 7 watts is not much. 7 amps each is more likely, and would be at the limit of the Aux3 circuit. Make sure the grounding is good, and try it with only one light just to see if it will work.

As you can tell. It’s -20C here and I spent an hour wiring in the freezing cold just for my lights not to work. I’m a little cranky ?

Sorry. I’m not much of an electrical person. I’m sure it’s 7 amps ?

The lp9 sport is 82 watts/6.1A per light, so that may be more than that circuit can run.

Yeah, that should work fine. Do you have a DMM? The first thing I'd check is to confirm if you are getting 12 volts when you turn it on.

I don’t think I do no. The only thing I can tell you is when I turn on aux 3 I hear a click under the hood.

Is there a fuse in that fuse holder? Maybe I can't see it, but it looks like the cap is gone as well as the fuse

I was told you don’t need the fuse there cause there’s ones built into the aux switches. I think I tried it when the fuse was in too and still no luck. And like it said it’s -20 so when I tried to open it the arm just snapped ???
