Drunk attacked my Jeep

I was asleep at the time in the house thankfully. Of course the drunk listening to blasting opera was perfectly fine. Poor jeep took it in the back driver side as his rav4 rolled. Just missed the front half. I guess I should thank the piles of snow from my snowblower for slowing him down some.

Really sucks, at least it looks to be just the bed which can be replaced fairly easily.

Yeah, thank you all for the support and some of those posts made me laugh. ( which I needed ) sadly probably a new bed, bumper, etc. Thankfully he didn't get the house, he was headed for the highway to go home in NYC apparently.

What more proof do police need that the driver was drunk?

Now imagine if the OP had been walking to his truck, alongside it, going to get in............ That's how my father was killed but the kid fell asleep in that case and sideswiped him at about 60 mph

The truck bed can be replaced - likely the thing is sprung a bit anyway, just as easy to swap out the whole box.

Truck can be fixed, as long as you and loved ones are ok, all is good.

Hope driver was hauled off to jail!

Make sure they look for frame damage. Especially if any of your doors feel weird on open/close, or any panel seems are unusually narrow or wide.
