I just picked up my Rubicon this evening from Craig. I can’t say enough good things about him. If you are on the east coast, definitely contact Craig for a good deal. I’m fortunate that I live in NOVA, so it was easy for me. Koons is very accessible to out of towers looking to fly or drive in. The dealership is in Tysons Corner right by a metro station and I-495, so very accessible to the big airports, I-95, I-270, and I-66. Very smooth transaction. No surprises and straight-forward process. This is my first Jeep, and Craig patiently went over all the features with me before I headed home. Very pleased to be joining the club!

Seems like good pricing for the current market, just be careful with destination charges at Koons. I live right down the street from them and have bought two brand new jeeps from them. Both times they show me the discount off of MSRP, which already includes destination, and then they add destination to the final pricing. Pretty deceptive way of selling vehicles, but this has been their way of business for at least a decade. I now buy my jeeps from Dulles Jeep about 30 miles away. I have no affiliation with either dealership, just want to warn other jeepers to watch out for this.

Did not do this on my deal a year ago. Destination was always on the deal from the start.
New here is not needing to make a deposit on an order, meaning they are not worried about selling anything special ordered, should the customer back out!

I took delivery of my wife’s MY22 JLU in February and drove the 8 hours home.
Zero issues with Craig from start to finish. Every charge was present and known from start to finish. At the dealer I was in and out in about 2 hours.

Now as far as a time frame goes, typically factory orders take 6-8 weeks from the time that order goes into production, however I can not promise that. Once I submit the order to the factory, I have no power to have it built or shipped any quicker.
