I finally removed mine when I did my badges last weekend. A few swipes with a heat gun and it came right off with no residue.

It’s funny, I generally dislike stickers. Don’t like the “RUBICON” letters down the hood and black accents on the sides. But I’ve always liked the retro “4 Wheel Drive” sticker. And have thought about buying one. I guess it is because the old ‘61 Willys pickup that I hunted in so much decades ago had this on the tailgate. A lot of good memories that I’m reminded of when I see that embalm.

The original Willy's "4 Wheel Drive" decal was the status symbol of the day back in the 50's signifying that one had the means to buy the upgraded 4 wheel drivetrain. Most vehicles built at the time where 2 wheel drive. Many models produced by Willys Overland were 2wd and the 2wd drivetrain availability continued with many Jeep models, the latest being the JK Wrangler.

Took the dealer sticker off immediately, but kept the 4 wheel drive sticker and made it a little less obvious by adding a boat load of fly fishing decals ??

I've always been a de-badger too. I'm just waiting to order the vinyl wrap for the tailgate to remove the awful JEEP from the tailgate. Looks super out of place and the wrong size, IMO. But, to each their own...

Same here. Took me a whole day to desticker my semi and trailer. They have stickers ll over. The best product I have found for sticker residue is Shaffer Citrol. That stuff is amazing my son had to retar a grain bin and had lots of tar on his jeans, it literally removed all the tar and youcould not tell he had any on his jeans.

Just go to the Shaffer site and find out your closest dealer. I love Shaffers products. There gear oil has may self propelled sprayers hubs running g way cooler than befor I use thier oil.
