Hemi? Supercharger? or leave it alone?

My trailer is 1208, it is aluminum. The car 3605 with tools and straps almost 5k. If I have to I will address cooling. I had to on my 2003 Sierra Denali when I supercharged it back in the day

Interesting that your trailer is 300 pounds lighter than my 18' Aluma 100% aluminum trailer (including 14" aluminum wheels). Amazing.
Even the bed is aluminum. I would expect your wood bed to be heavier. Not 300 pounds lighter than a 100% aluminum trailer (save for the axles, of course!)

The scale at the grain elevator may have been off, or I was not on it right. I bought it so I did not overload my RV when towing. I can move it pretty easy. Just jetted over to the H&H website. I have the 16+2, it is a bit older. They are showing 1610.

Yup - 18 footer, 16 plus the 2' drop, makes sense at that weight. I'm told they are decent trailers. It was a brand friends told me of when I was looking.

Well I wasn't too far off - 16 plus 36 for car, you are still under payload for even an Overland (6,000 pounds), and a Rubicon is 7,000 pounds payload.

Ohh I don't need sold, I am on board. Everything I own has forced induction lol. Barring a catastrophic financial disruption this is in the books for a spring project. Wish my ECM did not have to be down for multiple days.

5-6k for supercharger or 30k for swap? The youtube RIPP video sold me. Haven't decided which one to get yet. My JT just went over 3k so she is still pretty new. Having a hard time convincing the wife we need a hundred extra horses.

What I want to know is can you supercharge the Pentastar and still tow a 5,000 lb. trailer on a summer day without the coolant temps getting out of control. If I see that done with video proof, I'll be a believer.

Exodus Jeeps has done a video with our Hamburger's supercharger towing. There are also numerous others that bought our kits specifically for our towing capabilities and lack of overheating issues.
