After reading all 7 pages of this thread, I think Shadows Papa makes good sense through experience and facts. I do fairly easy driving, with the worst being towing an airboat in Florida ,which the ones of you that have, know it creates wind resistance due to the cage. I planned on staying with...
Mine are displayed in the dash screen. I have an Aux. switch option. I can have them Latched. Momentary. Manual On. or Ignition. The dealer also programmed the add on in the computer system, so it shows up in the VIN number.
I agree. Whether you have a factory installed aux. switches or added later, they will both have relays. Wouldnāt be advisable to run 40
amps through a switch, thatās why they both have em.
I changed from factory tires, rims, and TPMS sensors on my Gladiator Mojave to 35s and new Gorilla TPMS (which are made by Schrader, one of Jeeps factory choices)
The company that sold me the TPMS sensors forgot to program them for my Mojave. They would not work. They had to send a 350.00 Schrader...
For a fact:
1 and 3 are 40 amp.
2 and 4 are 15 amp.
You do not need a relay. Aux. switches already have them.
I have em and you can look at the relays and harness under the hood and see.
Iāve been looking at rough country 10646 bumper. From what Iāve read, itās HD, and heavy. If itās HD itās going to be heavy. Do know what thickness the metal is, plate and mounting steel thickness. Thanks !
I have the EXACT SAME setup. Sting Grey Mojave. Arsenal 17x9.5 -18 offset, on stock suspension, with Mickey Thompson Baja Boss MT, 35x12.50x17. I lost sleep over thinking they were going to stick out too far. I went ahead and did it. They look BAD ASS. Glad I did. Like one guy at the dealer...
I agree with 75/140. Iāll be using Amsoil severe gear 75/140. Stinger gear box company says they recommend it exclusively. Itās on a 790 hp nitrous air boat. If itāll stand that , itāll stand anything that Mojave can dish out. š
I also bought an All-Top twin with LCD preset tire pressure gauge panel. 12.5 cfm-150psi
Got the Rhino 4-tire air down/up hose kit with
everything you need, on Amazon, all for less than 500.00. As much as I will use it, it should last a long time. Take a look at it !
Buy the MOPAR factory aux. switches and have dealer install it. It wil show up in Aux Switch display in dash info and you can set them up individually. The dealer will also enter the aux switches in the MOPAR data bank, then they will enter a number in your VIN # that states your vehicle has the...
