  1. Manual Transmission Discontinued for 2025

I've only said it a thousand times, but I thought the gearing in the NSG370, ie JK 6 speed, was too tall. I wish 6th was a little deeper than it is. Then the AL6 was geared even taller and we all knew it was going to be disappointing. I'd like to have seen 6th be around .90-2. Just enough OD to...
  2. Official: Scout EV Pickup & SUV debut w/ Gas Range Extender, 4x4, BOF, Lockers, Sway Bar Disconnect -- All Specs, Wallpapers, Videos

Ford, Dodge, I have no idea about Chevrolet, but I have a new F350 Tremor Lariat in a bench. My buddies 2500 Ram has a bench front seat.
  3. Any 2020 Gladiator Owners Still Here?

Lord willing I'm hoping my JT can make 100k without major repair before it can retire. 200k would be phenomenal.
  4. Manual Transmission Discontinued for 2025

When the gear ratios for the AL6 were released I was massively disappointed. They're just awkward. 2nd is too short, and 3rd doesn't really cover the gap you end up over revving 2nd or lugging 3rd and then having 2 ODs was stupid. I disliked how tall the OD was in the NSG370 and then they made...
  5. Manual Transmission Discontinued for 2025

If a manual transmission is available (of course they aren't anymore) on a vehicle we are ordering then we buy it with it. There are still some cars with souls but a majority are losing them quickly. This is a huge loss for the Gladiator, and a sign I believe the whole platform will be scrapped...
  6. Building my own flush tail lights

I will say the guy was apprehensive about the idea of sharing his information to begin with. He bought all kinds of equipment to go into production to just pull the plug and seemingly abandon the project. I get the frustration for sure, I wanted a set of those taillights too. But I agree that...
  7. Any 2020 Gladiator Owners Still Here?

I just wish they had a program like Tread Lightly or Fords X Plan, some group I can join to get a no hassle decent discount on one. They look awesome. And geez they have some power!
  8. Any 2020 Gladiator Owners Still Here?

A lot of the original faces around here haven't been around in a long time. This place was THE place for Gladiator information and still is of course the best record of history on the JT if you take the time to read 6 years of threads. We are still chugging along, long since paid for now of...
  9. Mopar Performance Windshield Wipers w/ Built-In Washer Jets Released For Jeep Gladiator

I really liked these as actual sprayers, the fact they use less fluid is nice and they do get the roadspray and mud off on the first wipe. I just wish they had some way of allowing the hose to pivot. I know Chevy has had the blade mounted sprayers forever but I couldn't remember how they ran the...
  10. Mopar Performance Windshield Wipers w/ Built-In Washer Jets Released For Jeep Gladiator

Even if that doesn't happen the cold hardens the lines and they crack anyway. I went back to the original sprayers. These would work well in warm climates, but I couldn't find a way to make the lines last, and I tried. There needs to be a better pivot point than the hose itself.
  11. 2 weeks in....'23 Gladiator manual transmission- what should I expect?

The 3.6 is building power right up to redline. I hit the rpm limiter daily going to work. Even at 4k rpm the 3.6 is pretty gutless but I can't be banging the limiter the whole 20 miles to work so I will drop to a more reasonable rpm for cruising. Even driving that way I get 16mpg. I have gotten...
  12. How many of you want a more efficient 4 cylinder powerplant for the gladiator?

That's what I say. If it delivers the power I don't care what engine it has. If it's OEM, the mfg is willing to throw a powertrain warranty behind it, it has to be at least marginally reliable. Would definitely be a better powertrain than the ole Pentastar.
  13. How many of you want a more efficient 4 cylinder powerplant for the gladiator?

I'd love a 2.0 in the Gladiator and a good tuner. The 2.0 LNF in my kids Cobalt SS is making a lot of power with stock parts and good tuning. 340hp/370ft lbs out of that Jeep Easter Safari Jeepster with a tuned 2.0, I'd take that all day. I wish my old S10 Xtreme had that LNF, would have made...
  14. We are trying to make the most user-friendly JT tube door…

$674 shipped I would accept that. I can put a deposit down whenever you get it set up.
  15. We are trying to make the most user-friendly JT tube door…

Is that price including shipping? I'd have to know shipping costs first.
  16. PUNK'N Gladiator JT Club

That's pretty funny. Same thing happened to me when I brought ours home. Back then there weren't many JTs running around, 5 or so months after launch. She was itching to take the kids to school in the new Jeep. The JK might as well have been chopped liver then lol. I was actively taking interior...
  17. We are trying to make the most user-friendly JT tube door…

The only reason I want tube doors is getting on base. I've had base commanders specify Jeeps having to have tube/soft/full doors, some don't care if you go doorless, but when they rotate through every 2 years and more than one has said you need some kind of doors, it's made me want to buy some.
  18. PUNK'N Gladiator JT Club

The guy who posted his order status just above was begun the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and finished the Monday after. That one would make me nervous. Friday before Christmas I think you'll be ok.
  19. Clutch Recall (2/23/23): Clutch Pressure Plate May Overheat -- Affecting 70,000 Manual Jeep Wranglers and Gladiators

I still don't have the gear display. But I don't trust the dealer for anything.
