  1. New York Goose Gear 60 rear seat delete $250 OBO

Hey folks. Had to pack out of the garage this weekend before the end of the month. Stprage space as already rented and the room was there, so I decided to hold on to the stuff and just sink it in storage for now. Thanks to anyone who was interested, but they're no longer available. Here's to...
  2. Universal Jeep Door Hanger by Exceed Fabrication Now Available

Yes, I remember the tube door thread now. You’ve been very upfront and down to earth about everything, and proved it again here. Thanks. I run doorless a lot, so I’ll grab a hangar set and give them a try. If there as good as the deal seems, then you’ll be first in line if I ever consider tube...
  3. Universal Jeep Door Hanger by Exceed Fabrication Now Available

From what I can see the set of 4 is only $43. I have to say I'm shocked. It's a simple piece, but looks well made (although I agree to mounting bolts need a pad to cover them) and that's a very down to earth price. Rare in the Jeep accessory world. Thanks. I'll order a set and give them a try...
  4. Peter's Mill Run 7/2/22

I’d run AOAA again in a heartbeat, and itching to get those Rausch badges as well. If this run comes together, I’m in.
  5. New York Goose Gear 60 rear seat delete $250 OBO

I’m still out of town. I’ll shoot you a DM as soon as I get back to my house so we can get things set up.
  6. New York Goose Gear 60 rear seat delete $250 OBO

Sure. It comes apart pretty easily. I'm not wildly experienced shipping bigger packages, but I'm happy to pack it up and sent it out via Fedex or UPS or whatever service makes sense to you, assuming you're cool covering the shipping tab.
  7. Getting Rear Ended - 3 Times

I was safe for the first few years, but I've been rear-ended twice in the past 6 months. You should see the other guys!
  8. Help: -2 F overnight. Won’t start. Next steps?

Dang it, that block heater is in there. Well that’s a nice little Christmas surprise. I’ll grab a cord and get the rig set up. And yeah, better get that garage cleaned out too.
  9. EcoDiesel Block Heater Installation

Thanks to everyone here for this info. Had some issues after a -2F, and someone in this forum recommended getting a block heater. Thanks to this thread, I discovered today that my September 2020 build already has one. I can see the faded red cap on it from the passenger wheel well. Now I just...
  10. Any AT Tires that don't get LOUD as they wear down?

I've been running Mickey Thompson Baja Boss ATs in a 5-tire cross rotation, moving things around every 10K miles. The set has more than 60K miles on it and still working well and running pretty quiet. Had KO2s for 50K before that in a 4-tire cross rotation, they were good on noise but really...
  11. Help: -2 F overnight. Won’t start. Next steps?

Good advice, my friend. Thank you. Last winter I was in Virginia, and the year before that Florida. The first two winters were in Upstate NY but the truck was always in a garage that rarely got below 0/32 degrees. I guess this is one of those lessons learned. I'll add a block heater when I...
  12. Help: -2 F overnight. Won’t start. Next steps?

I’m in Upstate NY. It’s gets cold up here, overnight low last night was -2F. I’ve seen these temps before, but for the first time ever the truck won’t start. It sputtered a few times, then just cranks with nothing. Dash said water in fuel. Not sure if there is, or if the fuel gelled up. Truck...
  13. New York PRICE DROP - 21 Rubi wheels + spare 35" KO2s $400 OBO

Price drop. Moving soon and these need to find a home.
  14. The "Mopar lift" - an honest curiosity...

Most of the reasons hit on here already. I got my JTRD delivered in Oct. 2021, and the Mopar kit was the only thing available for it at the time. Price was $1,200 and the dealer tossed in the install for free as part of the sale package. Hard to beat back then. I've gone 110K miles on it since...
  15. New York Sold: PRICE DROP - 21 Rubi wheels + spare 35" KO2s $400 OBO

Took these off in late 2022 after two years of use on my 2021 JTRD. Wheels are very clean. Four 35x12.5 KO2 tires in rotation have about 45K on them with some meat left. Fifth tire on spare was never used. I'm in the NY Finger Lakes region. $500 OBO (there's a little mud and ice from today's...
  16. New York Sold: OVS 270 awning w/large HD brackets, driver's side $500 OBO

Edit 08-07-2025: I'm re-listing this ... $500 OBO Overland Vehicle Systems Nomadic 270 awning, dark gray with a black travel cover. Big coverage for escaping rain or the hot sun. Very fast to deploy. Full set of straps, poles and stakes included. Extra large heavy-duty Bush Co. mounting...
  17. Sell or keep? JTRD Mopar lift kit

You know, when the dealer’s body shop told me that, it seemed suspicious. It seems they were just trying to get some extra profit margin from the insurance company. I’ll hold it for a bit until the dust settles and I’m sure the insurance company isn’t going to call BS on the dealer. If all...
  18. Sell or keep? JTRD Mopar lift kit

I got hit from behind on the lovely parkways of Long Island back in August. Bumper, rear quarter and fender damage, but not much else (you should see the other guy). The only mechanical part that needed to be replaced was a left rear sway bar end link. It turns out Mopar only sells them as part...
  19. Throwback Thursday - Post your favorite rig pics from the past

My ā€˜21 JTRD is my first Jeep, after about 40 years of looking in from the outside. My favorite stops along the way … 1971 Olds 442. Averaged 4mpg! 1983 Honda 750 Interceptor. Still own it! 1984 Bronco II. Two doors, small wheelbase and a great hybrid front suspension. Took me over or...
  20. Well I’m out

I’m dying in mine. Hopefully not soon.
