Hey folks. Had to pack out of the garage this weekend before the end of the month. Stprage space as already rented and the room was there, so I decided to hold on to the stuff and just sink it in storage for now. Thanks to anyone who was interested, but they're no longer available.
Here's to...
Yes, I remember the tube door thread now. Youāve been very upfront and down to earth about everything, and proved it again here. Thanks.
I run doorless a lot, so Iāll grab a hangar set and give them a try. If there as good as the deal seems, then youāll be first in line if I ever consider tube...
From what I can see the set of 4 is only $43. I have to say I'm shocked. It's a simple piece, but looks well made (although I agree to mounting bolts need a pad to cover them) and that's a very down to earth price. Rare in the Jeep accessory world. Thanks. I'll order a set and give them a try...
Sure. It comes apart pretty easily. I'm not wildly experienced shipping bigger packages, but I'm happy to pack it up and sent it out via Fedex or UPS or whatever service makes sense to you, assuming you're cool covering the shipping tab.
Dang it, that block heater is in there. Well thatās a nice little Christmas surprise.
Iāll grab a cord and get the rig set up.
And yeah, better get that garage cleaned out too.
Thanks to everyone here for this info. Had some issues after a -2F, and someone in this forum recommended getting a block heater. Thanks to this thread, I discovered today that my September 2020 build already has one. I can see the faded red cap on it from the passenger wheel well. Now I just...
I've been running Mickey Thompson Baja Boss ATs in a 5-tire cross rotation, moving things around every 10K miles. The set has more than 60K miles on it and still working well and running pretty quiet.
Had KO2s for 50K before that in a 4-tire cross rotation, they were good on noise but really...
Good advice, my friend. Thank you.
Last winter I was in Virginia, and the year before that Florida. The first two winters were in Upstate NY but the truck was always in a garage that rarely got below 0/32 degrees. I guess this is one of those lessons learned.
I'll add a block heater when I...
Iām in Upstate NY. Itās gets cold up here, overnight low last night was -2F. Iāve seen these temps before, but for the first time ever the truck wonāt start. It sputtered a few times, then just cranks with nothing.
Dash said water in fuel. Not sure if there is, or if the fuel gelled up.

Most of the reasons hit on here already. I got my JTRD delivered in Oct. 2021, and the Mopar kit was the only thing available for it at the time. Price was $1,200 and the dealer tossed in the install for free as part of the sale package. Hard to beat back then.
I've gone 110K miles on it since...
Took these off in late 2022 after two years of use on my 2021 JTRD. Wheels are very clean. Four 35x12.5 KO2 tires in rotation have about 45K on them with some meat left. Fifth tire on spare was never used.
I'm in the NY Finger Lakes region.

You know, when the dealerās body shop told me that, it seemed suspicious. It seems they were just trying to get some extra profit margin from the insurance company.
Iāll hold it for a bit until the dust settles and Iām sure the insurance company isnāt going to call BS on the dealer. If all...
I got hit from behind on the lovely parkways of Long Island back in August. Bumper, rear quarter and fender damage, but not much else (you should see the other guy). The only mechanical part that needed to be replaced was a left rear sway bar end link. It turns out Mopar only sells them as part...
