Yeah, for sure. Like I said, itās not time for these re-employed folks to celebrate completely as theres a lot of work to do to fix this mess but at least they will have a decent Christmas now and thereās some hope for the future!
Ugh. I wonder if that's the rear locker sensor that gets oil seeping into it issue. Common issue in the pre 23 models. Easy fix. Jeep upgraded the sensor to a different type mid 23 and that's not an issue anymore....not that it helps you in your 22.
Course, it could be something else too. Bummer.
Exactly, I wish the hood was aluminum. For a vehicle thatās targeted at ādesert runningā youād think there would have been a focus on removing weightā¦ā¦..you know, since weight and soft sand arenāt really all that compatible.
I'd hold off on the Fluid film too. Treat the rust first as mentioned by Viper501 says then paint. You can get rust converter stuff at Homie Depot. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Rust-Oleum-Automotive-10-25-oz-Rust-Reformer-Flat-Black-Spray-Paint-248658/202623091
I kinda fell like the dealers around me are doing this same thing with all the Chargers and Challenger Hemi's in stock. I still see lots of these Scat packs and Hellcats that are brand new 2 year old vehicles still sitting and they want ADM's still on them. They know that the age of the large...
I test drove a Willys and a Mojave. The Willys has 3:73 gears compared to the 4:10ās in the Mojave. The gearing in the Mojave feels like a better pairing with the trans. and helps mask the smaller torque number of the Pentastar. The transmission works beautifully. Coming from a Taco Iāll be...
That's fine if I lose them. I never planned to use them. The only thing I would go to the dealer for is warranty stuff or larger items I can't/don't want to deal with. To date, that's been absolutely nothing.
Good point about other "Off road" trims from other manufacturers. Make it look off roady and people will buy it even if they're driving it to the corner quickie mart.
I don't know if I agree with your assessment of them targeting the the mall crowd/lifestyle crew. I mean the thing appears to be outfiited with BF Goodrich AT 33" tires. It also shows a rock/mud drive mode toggle on the center console. This should be a BEV + RE unit given that it "appears"...
Glad to hear this. Hopefully this isn't a one off thing at your dealership. I was at my dealership a few weeks ago getting an oil filter and they had a huge stack of parts/crates in the service area. I asked the parts guy helping me what was with the huge stack of parts: he complained about the...
Glad to hear they got if fixed. If it makes you feel any better my Gladiator has been flawless and my prior JK has been super reliable as well. I still have it and have passed it on to my son.
Curious if this will come with the NACS plug........... Not that I'm in the market for this. Hoping Stellantis is positioning this thing to sell the best they can and a NACS plug would help that.
Agree: sometimes circumstance dictate courses of action that aren't ideal. I think we've all been there in some form or other.
If you need to turn sharply regularly while in 4WD you probably should have bought the Select trac for the CV joints. I know I wish I had opted for it now.
Speaking of the hawt Dodge Charger, did you see the first Charger ad? Pretty funny ........once you make it past the beginning. Unfortunately at the $60k and $73 k price points I feel like it's going to be DOA; the electric version that is.
