    Stock offset for the Rubicon and Sport S aluminum wheels is +44.4mm. Mojave wheels have less offset -- I think they're about +36mm

    Kinda hard to tell from the pics, but are you sure the cowl piece isn't IN further than it should be, thus making the hood look "out"? From one of the pics (pic#2), it *looks* like the edge of the hood is aligned with the top of the fender, and the cowl piece is retracted from the edge.

    The reviewer noted that the seam was only welded on one side. I've looked at other jackstands that use a similar design (and there are a LOT) -- none that I saw were welded on both sides. Perhaps that points to the problem being in execution (poor QC of weld techniques) rather than design...
