it’s about 3500 lbs. it’s been a while since I’ve towed with it. I’m assuming you put some miles on the jeep with the tune before trying to tow with it?
I don’t believe there is a gasket there. From my understanding it comes from the factory with a bead of silicone but ether they aren’t applying it correctly or like you mentioned the machining of the metals is not perfect. 3 times in under 10k miles dang that sucks.
Mine just started to show...
I’ve got it and it shifted just fine when I towed a camper trailer. I think it holds onto 2nd gear to a higher rpm than the other gears, that’s my only complaint But sounds like yours is actually having some issues for sure
My towing mpg was mostly all in the Colorado mountains around the montrose Durango and Pagosa springs areas. The empty mpg consists mostly going up to the flagstaff area from Phoenix so some decent climbs but nothing to crazy
have you tried the roof top tent on the ARE? My sales manager said it will work just fine on it and I also have a friend who has a leer on his Tacoma and has been tenting off it for years with no issue. I’m planning to get one eventually and see how it goes

I’m looking to get a set of these but would like as close to a true 35 as possible.
I assume you like the Baja boss the best still? Thanks!
Mine have also been trouble free. I think the quality is very good on these steps, super quiet and smooth operation. Would get them over any other steps on the market currently.
So a little update. Long story short ARE took the shell back, removed all the windows, repainted the entire shell and installed the roof track system. Overall took about 4 weeks to get the shell back.
Originally was pretty annoyed since this is how I should have received it the first time but...
Need the space in my garage so decided to part with these front and rear fenders for the Rubicon JT. In good shape asking $1250. Located in Goodyear AZ.
With just 10,000 miles on my 2023 Ecodiesel I have started noticing some oil seeping near the front drivers side upper timing chain cover over the last 2 thousand miles. It hasn't made a full drip to the ground yet, but I have cleaned the area twice with it reappearing. This has been my first...
