that is impacted some but its still doable. Maybe takes an additional second or two to turn them with having to pry down or push up on the shade.
definitely easier without it but NOT horrible with it left on.
Added a sunshield for the front. After having the tops in front off last week, it became clear that some protection was necessary.
Found this on Amazon for under $50.
Definitely worth it.
Install was fairly easy except up front where youre going in between the windshield and the frame but I...
Added some LED Factory Latch Locks.
Overall I like them, material is not going to rust. They feel similar to factory material. The locks are a little worrisome in how they hold up over time to Ohio winters so I guess we'll see.
Installation was super easy, 10 minutes.
Happy to have made it...

Happy to have made it a bit more difficult for the "bad...
https://www.ebay.com/itm/395162263662 - These are the same as OEM for $46 for all 4. I had to buy these for my new wheels as the ones used to mount my tires from Extreme Terrain weren't working properly. Only 2 registered. So I got these and had Discount Tire remove the others and install...
Try a long set of needle nosed pliers on the tab and pull w/the other hand. That worked for me. Prior to that, I was about as pissed as could be that I couldn't get them out.
This is my experience w/35's and 3.73 gears and just over 2k miles on a new vehicle. My tire size (34.25 w-6 offset wheels) is calibrated w/Tazer as well. It depends on the terrain where U live as well, and the type of driving you're doing (highway/city, etc.).
I have the 9 speaker system with the Sub in my HA. Its mounted behind the seat and I think it works pretty well. The RAMs I had also had Subs and more speakers (I think).
Nvr had a TJ so csnt compare that to my JT.
The RAMs I had though with the HK systems were FAR superior and they are much larger vehicles. You’d think in such small space, it would sound better and to be fair, initially, I thought it did. Til I took a call through the front speakers. That made...
Installed some Kicker 3.5" and 4" speakers in the sound bar. What a difference... Much fuller sound overall, sound depth and front of the vehicle can actually be heard now with the 3.5" speakers added up there last week.
Needed different wiring adapters for the 4" (VGH-72-6514) vs the 3.5"...
Got them installed and man... what a difference. Much fuller sound overall, sound depth and front of the vehicle can actually be heard now. Needed different wiring adapters for the 4" (VGH-72-6514) vs the 3.5" speakers in the rear and had to use some small self tapping screws as the holes didnt...
Began some minor audio upgrades...
Bought and installed these Kenwood's in the front dash yesterday (Crutchfield). Noticeable increase in sound up front where before could barley tell there were any speakers in the upper dash. Should help with phone calls and fuller music sound overall...
Same specs on mine. Glad to hear the bolts hold up. I think they are stainless. Ive already had a couple chips but touch up w/black paint and barely noticeable. Paid $219 per on Extreme Terrain.
Thnx! I like them, the military-ish look. Makes me think of old Hummer wheels.
Not crazy about the bolts and what may happen over time to them w/rust but we’ll see how it goes. No brake dust though! ?
I do have a pic but I would look for others as I am pretty sure mine are abnormal to how others who didnt use self tapping screws did theirs.
here ya go…
