  1. Control arm bracket protection

Your vertical edits look like mine, I think I need some of the horizontal editing. Thanks for the pics!
  2. Control arm bracket protection

@brianinca Have you had any luck with the Rock Hard LCA skids? Mine are just sitting in the garage collecting dust.
  3. Mopar Trailer Brake Controller for Jeep Gladiator Officially Released (Part # 82215652AB)

Where are people ordering this? My dealer still says he can't place an order.
  4. Mopar Trailer Brake Controller for Jeep Gladiator Officially Released (Part # 82215652AB)

I asked my dealer today if they could order it and they said not yet, maybe Monday. :(
  5. Control arm bracket protection

I tried grinding the skid to make the tab longer, if that makes sense. My thought was that it would fit in the mount deeper so the holes would line up, but in hindsight I should've tried making that tab thinner.
  6. Control arm bracket protection

I installed these last weekend and this is how I did it, too. On the driver side I couldn't contort my fingers enough to hold the nut for the front bolt so I just threw a piece of tape over it and stuck it up there and then threaded it on. Now the Rock Hard rear LCA skids, that's a different...
  7. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Successful install: Rusty's rear lower control arm skid (frame side) and Rock Hard 4x4 rear shock mount skid. Solid products, easy install. Failed install: Rock Hard 4x4 rear lower control arm skids. I pushed, pulled, pried, grinded, pulled again, grinded more, and could not get the holes to...
  8. Rock Hard 4x4 Bumpers?

I have the full-width, but in aluminum. I can't speak to anything related to durability as I haven't tested it yet, but the design, quality, and install (which I believe is the same for mid-width) are top notch.
  9. Loose Steering?

My dealer is working on getting the part and once he has an ETA I'll be making an appointment.
  10. STING GRAY Gladiator JT Club

    Nice! Which trails?

You made money on a trade in?? Nice move!
  12. Loose Steering?

That's promising. Thread on JL forum is stating parts aren't available until mid-September. I had planned on doing some steering mods to try to fix this myself but I can wait another month.
  13. Hauling dogs? What’s your setup?

Awesome, I hope it's available and works out. I know a lot of folks were waiting for that one.
  14. Hauling dogs? What’s your setup?

I think Classic CX is the only one they have available for us, unless things have changed since I purchased.
  15. Hauling dogs? What’s your setup?

I'm really happy with the fit/finish/function, and the kids and dog love it. Other than the color match, I went with a front slider window with the tilt down (easier cleaning), left and right windoor's (easy access and ventilation), just a single interior light (which has been fine), and the...
  16. Smittybilt X20 12K Experience

I'm up in the mountains amongst pine trees and there will definitely be some non-wheeling use cases for the winch. I'm glad to have it.
  17. Hauling dogs? What’s your setup?

It's something to keep top of mind for sure. On that trip it got up to the 90s and the back was warm but I wouldn't say hot. That's the main reason I got the sliding windows on both sides so they could be opened up for some ventilation.
  18. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Finally got my line spooled on the Smittybilt winch with Factor55 link. I did have a couple issues with the winch drum, documented here for those interested.
  19. Smittybilt X20 12K Experience

At the advice of a friend, I decided to give the Smitty x20 a shot on this Jeep. I paired it with a RockHard 4x4 aluminum bumper, FWIW. Install was straight forward so I'm not going to go through that, but I did have a couple issues I wanted to share. First issue: After I had the bumper and...
