  3. Floor Jack & Jack Stands for full droop

I have a bunch of these Camco leveling blocks that I use for leveling the camper. I wonder if that would work for what you're describing.
  4. Floor Jack & Jack Stands for full droop

Current setup is a Metal Cloak Game Changer with 4.5" Skyjacker Springs. I'm going to be replacing the Skyjacker springs with Metal Cloak 4.5" springs (along with a bunch of other stuff). I don't have a lift in the garage and I'm looking for the best way to get the springs in and out without...
  5. What did you do with your spare?

Xtrusion Overland XBRS with Metal Cloak spare tire mount. 38x12.5. Works great.
  6. Spring Size for 3.5" Metal Cloak Lift

I didn't build the Gladiator the way it sits. The previous owner installed a 3.5" Metal Cloak Gamechanger system, but didn't use their springs or shocks. Instead, they installed Skyjacker springs meant for a 4.5" lift. Unsuprisingly, there's a lot of bow in the springs. My question is...
  7. Overheating - but maybe not?

Yeah Jeep covered under their CPO warranty.
  8. Overheating - but maybe not?

That’s what they thought at first. Found a crack in the block - at the top between two cylinders.
  9. Overheating - but maybe not?

Yes. Long story short: new motor.
  10. Aftermarket Wheels - Post your Jeeps

    17x9 -38 Reika
  11. Which Aux switch set to buy?

I haven't done it yet, but seriously considering the Garmin Power Switch. Their app is Car Play (or Android Auto for you green bubble people) compatible. No running wires through the firewall or disassembling the dash. Lots of customization options and it seems to be the only one out there...
  12. Lets See Your Other Rides!!

I've had a couple Corvettes (C5 ZO6, C7 Grand Sport), a few Wranglers (2x JLURs & JKU), a couple bikes (HD Road King and Road Glide), and a Hummer H3. That H3 was way more capable than people give it credit for. And my first true love, my first car... a 79 El Camino.
  13. Move Aux Switch from one Jeep to another

    10-4. Thank you.
  14. Cheap and secure way for bolting down your Safety Jack if you have the trail rail system

I did a similar thing, but with a Quick Fist and it grabs the cylindar shaft. Seems to work well
  15. Move Aux Switch from one Jeep to another

My wife's daily is a stock JLUR that will never have lights or any other aux stuff added to it (as long as it's her daily), but came with the aux switches installed. I have a JTR with a whole bunch of lights on it and does not have the stock aux switches. I hate the contoller that is currently...
  16. Leaking (blowing!) diff fluid. Hole in axle housing?

That’s about 2 minutes after cleaning and letting it sit, cleaning it again, and letting it sit. About that much each time.
  17. Leaking (blowing!) diff fluid. Hole in axle housing?

    Absolutely amazing and lucky timing.
  18. Leaking (blowing!) diff fluid. Hole in axle housing?

Cleaned everything up, added oil to the differential and almost immediately it started leaking out of the pinion seal without even moving the truck. So yeah it’s the seal.
  19. Leaking (blowing!) diff fluid. Hole in axle housing?

Good to know and agreed that it would be weird for the plug weld (as I now know it to be) to spew fluid like that. It does seem like it would have to be thrown, not dropped. I can and will do some searching… but… how hard of a job is it to replace that pinion seal if that’s the source?
  20. Leaking (blowing!) diff fluid. Hole in axle housing?

Good info. The plug weld is what I’m referring to. The first pic is my JTR. The second pic is the wife’s bike stock JLUR with no issues.
