The Wrangler has no competition, so FCA can (and probably has) inflated the price. The JT has more competition in the midsize truck segment, so FCA might adjust their prices accordingly.

You could plan on driving straight to Home Depot, have them cut the 2x4 & 2x6 for you, and then proceed to purchase all the plywood you can fit. You'll have to throw the scrap 2x4 & 2x6 in the back seat though. Won't be enough room in the bed with all that plywood...
The saddle doesn't look tan enough to me. I wish tan leather was available in the Overland. Ideally, I wish this color scheme was still available in the new cars. Maybe a special edition will have it one of these days...
I hope this proves to be true. It might not be that surprising. Look at the MSRPs for other midsize Trucks. Those aren't JLU prices.
