Look I peaked long ago. I happily acknowledge that I am an asshole. For that matter, I love that we are all assholes, even the ones I like. That's why this is a great forum.

So unbunch and listen up. Dude (the factory guy) is in a fight he can't say much about, and nobody is saying much about. It's called pre strike rumblings. This rumor fits that pattern. Does it matter if it is true or false? Not a damn bit.

It matters that we are picking which campfire we like, and which we don't. It matters that threads are monitored to keep on on JT topics. It matters like pride in our Flag matters. Apple pie and shit like that type importance.

So I'm just speaking my mind that it's the strike we should be paying attention to. All this hype about JT price, higher than expected demand and sales numbers, can we build Jeep Gladiators fast enough, and, well, somebody forgot to pay the people building it. Who now can exert their influence and should since this country relies on it's middle class, lest we forget.

Whoops. I said it. Let's support an American worker when we see one, they are rarer these days. And, support management if they pay folks better wage.

So we can get JTs and talk our shit around some real campfires.

My thoughts.

WOW . . . 5Jeeps . . . didn't know you "had it in you" ! Refreshingly honest and just plain nice to hear coming out of someone else's mouth, other than say mine ! The circumstances for it are less than desirable, but the thought rings True Enough ! Thanks (wow, i thanked you twice now ?, ha). :like: ;)

The rest of my opinion is for ALL --
Don't think "negative thoughts" toward JLEngineline is the way to go . He does his work and has always tried to be helpful over at JL. I'm starting to be sorry I urged him to come join us here, if we treat our guests this way .
Should we really be "micro-managing" insulting chatter ? We're ALL better than that ! (?) . Thanks for listening.

Well.... this thread seems to have said a lot about many different thinks. Some about
the OP's statement, and some not.
So here's what I figure, the 7000 JT's are being bought by Mr. Trump to patrol the border
since he can't get his wall.
Hmmm.....

Apparently my post disagreeing with the OP was deleted. My post was not the only post on this thread deleted. Perhaps we have an Oliver Darcy situation.

So OP did you contact the moderators or did the moderators just suddenly decide to start censoring post that disagreed with unconfirmed speculations on government orders that where off by 53'000 orders to begin with?

I didn't contact anyone or delete any posts

Production has started and the JTs are going to the dealerships 1st. They decided to hold off on the 7k government order for now. This could change by the time I'm done with this sentence

They may have changed their mind after someone's FOIA request... ;)
