The only thing that I'm really frustrated about personally is the fact that occasionally I like to detox from smartphones, and I have couple of cheap dumbphones that are all 3G.
Yep lots of times I just wish I had my old Startac flip phone in my pocket

Well, I'm sitting here looking at a Galaxy S-9 that AT&T sent to replace my wife's Blackberry...
No, it's not am S-21 or 22, but what do you really expect???
As far as you not getting more than 1 bar on your phone, you can actually be too close to the tower and be under the canopy...
If they are going to raise my rates crazy high to cover for their 5g rollout that I can't take advantage of even when I am supposed to be in 5G zone unless I buy a new phone is for the birds sorry. Am not under the canopy as there are to many towers and micro towers all around out here for that to be the issue.

I don't know if you have apple stuff. But the cellular Apple Watch is a great way to detox.

I know its counterintuitive but when I leave the phone at home and spend a day with just the watch all I can do is call and with some difficulty text. That's really it. And if I use it too much the battery dies. So I'm always thinking of that when I use it.

It's really great. My wife got it for me because I never take my phone with me when I go for runs or long bike rides and she worries.
Yep I have one just for that reason also. I just leave the phone and am only tied to that watch
