  1. 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway at Northridge4x4! - 2024

Man, I feel like I’m working the corner with my upper thighs out, but here goes another shot šŸ˜‚ (Already signed up for the newsletter again)
  2. Another thinking about switching to a Gladi from a Taco thread

I’m on 37s in my ā€˜21 Sport with factory 4.10 gearing. I see 13 mpg around town not babying the throttle. Last road trip was 16 or 17 mpg through Vermont mountains. I was closer to 15 mpg around town when I had 35s and 19mpg on road trips through New England/Appalachia regions. I cant help you...
  3. How do you drive with your dogs?

I have to admit, there was a recent time that I was looking to get a 1500 because we just had our newborn and will likely have a second one in the next 2 years or so. I just couldn’t bring myself to get rid of the Gladiator. It’s very unlikely to ever happen. I’ll probably end up getting a high...
  4. How do you drive with your dogs?

I’m assuming you’re looking for a truck bed solution cause that fella is gonna be too big for the back seat with 2 people. It’s tight for my 70lbs Borador who barely fits with one car seat in the back, let alone adding a second person. I vaguely remember seeing a pretty secure dog crate for the...
  5. 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway at Northridge4x4! - 2024

Feeling lucky. Loving the RSI smartcap I got from y’all btw ;)
  6. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Tried to get my leaking rear axle seal fixed but the dealer decided to just replace the whole axle (sweet). Waiting for parts so that will have to wait until January. Also tried to get the new wheels put on, but the dealer didn’t have tire pressure sensors on hand. Bummer.
  7. At-The-Ready pistol mount [āš ļø ADMIN WARNING: Storage / Mount Talk Only -- No Glorification, States, Laws, Permits, Politics or Usage Discussions]

My dad always carried a .38 in his truck. Personally, I’ll just use my 5,300lbs box-on-wheels if you approach my truck while my son is with me. I better see both hands… ….judged by 12
  8. Tail Light Tuesday - POST YOUR PICS

Not Oracle, but taillights for sure.
  9. Leaking Back Widow

That’s ridiculous. If I were you, I would go to another dealer if there’s one close enough. If not, then get @JeepCares or corporate involved somehow. For now, make sure you don’t have anything behind the seats that can soak up the leakage. I made that mistake and it costed me over $2k (out of...
  10. What is this attached to OBD port???

GPS tracker. Looks identical to the one I ripped out of mine. Mine was bought in Texas as well. Big Star CJDR off I45 in Houston.
  11. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

I cheated on my Gladiator today. Look at this thing I found in my area 🤣. Silly as hell but also cool admittedly. It’s got the 3.0 Diesel too Apocalypse Gladiator 6x6
  12. Was rear ended this morning

She needs an alignment. Too much negative toe.
  13. Gladiator Glamour Shots

Baja Bosses are pretty extraordinary in snow, I must say. This wasn’t deep stuff but still snowy/icy 12 degree inclines over rocks. No issue for the tires.
  14. Leaking Back Widow

Per the Jeep warranty website for 2023 Jeep Gladiators, it’s covered under basic warranty 36 months or 36k miles (whichever comes first). That dealer is incorrect. I would show them this image or just go to another dealer. I’ve never heard of this 12 month warranty situation. Page 6 of the...
  15. Worst Trends?

What’s that sayingā€¦ā€C’s get degreesā€. C is the third letter in the alphabet, so 3 inches plenty lift and plenty cock. Just saying
  16. Worst Trends?

People that don’t do a 8.4L V8 swap before their first oil change. Smh, why buy the Jeep at all? In all seriousness, I hate any truck/suv with high negative wheel offset. Edit: ā€¦ā€high negativeā€ is really screwing up my engineering brain lol. Negative offsets far from 0. That’s it.
  17. 2021 Struggling to start

Like others said, 12.2 V is way too low. 3 years sounds about right for it to be bad Hook it up to a charger over night. The voltage should be 12.6V or higher after charging (depends on the manufacturer and battery type I believe). Note whatever the voltage is right after you unplug it, let it...
  18. The Jeep Gladiator Is the Most Reliable Car Consumer Reports Has Tested

Thanks. I’ll definitely ask my dealer about that tomorrow.
  19. The Jeep Gladiator Is the Most Reliable Car Consumer Reports Has Tested

You got a whole new axle or just the leaking seal assembly? Mine is leaking for the second time in 60k miles.
  20. The "Mopar lift" - an honest curiosity...

I knew about 1 month into ownership that I was likely keeping this thing for 10+ years, so I was barely worried about warranty as well. I left power train related stuff alone but everything else was open season haha. I just wanted to enjoy the thing and not worry so much. I’m at 57k miles now...
