Warranty fears would be my best guess. Also some people prefer to work with dealers which likely limits them to what Mopar offers. I also wouldn’t be surprised if good shops are hard to find some places, so the dealer may be the only option for some people.

Yessir, max tow package. Here it is with the 37s and wheel spacer. Speaking of articulation though, I personally would go for a 3.5” lift for 37s. I have 2.5” in the front and 1-3/8” in the rear, but I can’t do any off-roading like this lol. Maybe that AEV spring lift kit is like Clayton’s 2.5”...

35s will be fine with 12.5” wide section. 37s will need wheel spacers to clear the front lower control arms…I’m running a 1.75” hub centric wheel spacer for my 37s.
