Had the RSI smartcap installed. More space for baby stuff (my wifeās words). Iāll take this over a minivan any day lol
Itās just missing a small West Virginia University decal for the finishing touch.
10ft storm surge is nuts. I just read some places may see 15ft. I didnāt even know that was possible.
Glad you and your family were able to get somewhere safe. The Jeep is probably toast unless your area has some serious water diversion systems in placeā¦.or a huge seawall like Galveston TX...
Hmm, I got the 72ā one and this XL box looks like it might fit in the back of my JT without removing my cap
Do you know the height of that box by chance?
Mine was confirmed on Oct 1st and just received shipping confirmation yesterday. Iād say give em a call or email if itās been 5 business days since your order.
I bet theyāre just swamped with all the orders and trying to fulfill everything.
Mine is 154lbs so Iām gonna push/slide it up on my own.
1. Open tailgate
2. Lean tent on tailgate
3. Push tent up to sit on the tailgate and lean it on rack/bedcap
4. Climb my big ass onto the tailgate and push the tent up on top of my bedcap
Disclaimer: This will probably not go as planned...
The Gladiator feels like a stepchild of the Jeep family at this point. Wouldnāt be surprised if Stellantis kills it soon. Especially if they introduce a midsize in the Ram lineup.
(I have no sourcesā¦obviously)
For me, itās going on top of my RSI cap so it will hang over the cab some.
No idea if Iām doing load bars or the RSI platform rack. Didnāt really prepare for finding a RTT and 270 degree awning for $550 lol. Not even sure how they mount together.
Iām on the fence. Kid is 6 weeks old so when will I even get to use a rooftop tent. But also, crazy deal
Edit: Screw it, I bought the tan 72ā extended Pioneer RTT and a 270 degree awning. Too good of a deal to pass on. Thanks OP!
