or could wrap the tailgate center in a flat black, with some raised retro letters to bring the look tied inSo true LOL
Since I haven't even left the house, I'll post a driveway pic. Since the Jeep is black, I'm not 100% sold on the textured look of the tail lights.....seriously thinking about wrapping in some 3M Carbon Fiber that I have here (which would at least have some gloss) or get some gloss black wrap on them. I will say that the current finish matches the MetalCloak bumper on the front, but hits me wrong seeing it on the back surrounded by black paint.![]()
I just did the same. I load up a full bed every couple weeks, for outdoor hobbies, and this just makes it so much easier.Had the RSI smartcap installed. More space for baby stuff (my wife’s words). I’ll take this over a minivan any day lol
It’s just missing a small West Virginia University decal for the finishing touch.

Is that a viper v10 in the ram?So not really today, it's been a project over the last week or so. Made a seat delete platform for the JT. Still needs carpeted. Mounted a JCT molle panel and wired a Bluetti Charger1 DC-DC converter to charge a Bluetti AC180 to power a Dometic CFX3 45. Charges at a solid 500 watts and not too terribly loud.
And unrelated but after a 5 year battle with the state I finally have a clean title for my Ram SRT10. First time in my life maybe that I've had 3 properly running properly licensed vehicles at once. And all three are fairly heavily tuned with no engine codes. It feels like some kind of dream today.
Of course the woman has a 04 Forester XT I need to tackle and my 91 Celica Alltrac that I've had for over 10 years is still sitting neglected in the garage... getting there, though.

Looks slow.Yessir, '04 SRT10, 8.3L V10 + Tremec T56 6 speed.
Few mods, 93 octane tune, racing clutch, 2" drop, dual 3" stainless, drag radials on the rear.
Old video of a little uphill pull to record the exhaust:
Compared to modern stuff it is kind of slow, but it tries to kill you the whole time. I love it.Looks slow.I be you have lots of fun with that thing.
