Finally got the new parts it’s been about a month now here’s the old vs new the biggest thing that I noticed was that the old input shaft splines were dang near at a point whereas the new were machined flat let’s hope this does the trick I’m gonna update more as I assemble
Just a finding in this process the rear output shaft bearing is a 6207 bearing if you feel like replacing it through jeep for Chinese parts that are $80+ bearing my guest but you can buy a timken for $25 so there’s that
Hey man I see you have an automatic is it possible maybe this weekend for you to pop your rear shaft off the t-case flange and spin the unit possibly with an impact with your transmission in neutral and send it to me to see if we’re actually having the same issue?

If you are going to attempt this in your garage have some of these hand in 13mm for the top 3 bolts. They are impossible to reach with a socket and a standard crows foot will round the head
